Custom Foot Orthotics

Yellowstone Physical Therapy offers custom biomechanically designed foot orthotics to manage problems caused by your foot type, trauma, sports injuries, overuse and medical problems. Biomechanically designed foot orthotics are different than arch supports and are fabricated for your specific needs following a thorough biomechanical exam of your feet and lower extremities.

How your feet function affects your entire lower extremity, your hips, pelvis and spine. We will help you figure out if custom foot orthotics will be helpful to your problem. Our orthotics are high quality and affordable.

Pelvic Health PT

What is Pelvic Health Physical Therapy? It’s the treatment of a dysfunctional pelvic floor in women, men as well as children including urinary incontinence, bowel incontinence, pelvic/low back pain, and organ prolapse.

The pelvic floor is a group of muscles at the bottom of the pelvic bowl that works with your diaphragm, abdominal and back muscles to help support your organs and your low back, assists with sexual function, and helps to maintain urinary and bowel continence. There are several reasons these muscles can become dysfunctional, including but not limited to pregnancy, prostatectomies, abdominal surgeries, neurologic conditions, and lifestyle habits such as chronic constipation. A trained physical therapist can help you to strengthen, lengthen, re-educate and incorporate these muscles with the rest of your lumbopelvic muscles to help you achieve your goals.
